Function and Special Features:

Indications: The equipment is furnished with following indications:

• Auto as well as manual mode indicator lamp, alphanumeric display for the measured flux values of the test piece being sorted
• Lamp indication for the group test piece is being sorted to indicating lamps for the status of magnetizer and demagnetizer operation
• Waiting indicator

Specifications:

• Speed of sorting is up to 20 piece per minute
• Size of magnet axially oriented 15 W x 15 B x 15 L or 15 ID x 30 L mm max.
• Size of magnet horse shoe type 20 W x 30 L x 20 H mm max.
• Magnetizer at III & IV is impulse type and the fixture here is fitted with flux sensors
• Demagnetizer at station VI is impulse type
• Fully automatic load station
• Input power 230 /- 15 volts.
• Air supply required at 6 bar pressure approx. 0.5 litre per minute
